REGISTRATION

Parents seeking admission for their wards should obtain prospectus and an application form for registration. Application for registration must be accompanied by :

• A photocopy of birth certificate from municipality or notified area committee or office of birth.
• Transfer certificate from previous school.
• Latest progress report card of the student.

ADMISSION

• Admission in Nursery is granted as per ICSE norms.
• The registered candidates will be subjected to an admission test.
• In the record , the Groups are allocated based on age eligibility on the time of admission.

PARENT-TEACHER MEETING

A Parent-Teacher Meeting will be conducted once every term & also as & when required.

VACATIONS & HOLIDAYS

The summer vacations are approximately 40 days covering May-June , while winter vacations are of 12 days. Short visits to places of interest in and around Bareilly are organized regularly. Excursions and picnics are organized annually to develop confidence and self esteem

FEES

College tuition and all other fees must be paid monthly within 10 of every month. In the event of non-compliance late fines will be imposed.

WITHDRAWAL

One calender month's notice in writing or two months fees in lieu thereof,is charged if a pupil is withdrawn from the college. For issuing a Transfer Certificate a fee of Rs. 500 is applicable.
